Follow this link to Activate, Hatch Basics, Hatch Customizer, Hatch Creator and Hatch Digitizer

Either log in with your existing Wilcom account or create a new account.

Enter the Product Key, Download and Install the software.

Note: The Product Key is included in the packaging you received from the dealer who sold you the product
